This application provides the operator with two tools to measure their consumption of Oxygen; theoretically and practically. The passive tool depends on MHR, which indicates your maximum heart rate and your heart rate at rest. While the active methods requires you to walk or run for 12 consecutive minutes and then entering that value to indicate into the volumetric quantity of O2 consumed by you.
The two tests help you detect your breathing organs efficiency. While the passive value cannot be changed because it depends on age, the active value can. The most recommended method to do so is through exercising. Even walking could improve your VO2 max. Thus improving your Oxygen uptake capacity improving your thinking and body status.
The app provides the operator with a build-in calculator to convert feet to meter since the distance of the active test accepts meters only.
The app finally provides a statement related to the value of the active method, stating the status of your lungs, heart, and veins in comparison to the theoretical value of maximum uptake of Oxygen.
